The Hudson Valley’s Most Acclaimed Green Restaurant© Open for Thanksgiving


Aroma Thyme, which was upstate New York’s first Green Restaurant©, is open Thanksgiving Day from 1pm to 6pm.  Aroma Thyme will offer a traditional  holiday meal of turkey. But the restaurant will also offer a vegan option and a gluten free option.  Plus their whole menu of green eclectic fare will be available.

Thanksgiving day has become a big for Aroma Thyme explains chef/owner Marcus Guiliano.  “We have be doing Thanksgiving since we first opened 8 years ago.”

Marcus Guiliano is the chef, owner of Aroma Thyme Bistro located in the bountiful Hudson Valley of New York. Chef Guiliano has been an advocate for over 10 years on healthy, sustainable, local and real food.
