Open Easter Sunday, Hudson Valley Restaurants
Eat green on Easter Sunday!!!
Local, Organic, Sustainable and Healthy
We will be open for Easter Sunday brunch at 12 noon Sunday, April 4th, 2010.
Our full dinner menu along with brunch items will be served from 12 noon. There is no buffet so all of the food will be prepared fresh for you. We refuse to have food sitting in a hot dish waiting for who knows when. You can order as much or as little as you'd like that day.
Brunch items will include
Whole-grain Organic Pancakes with local Grade B Organic Maple Syrup
Lobster Benedict
Omelets made from local organic eggs
and of course tofu scramble
