Farmstead Cheese Cooking Class September 26th, 2010
Cooking class is back. Our last cooking class from July was a huge success. So we are at it again for September. This class will feature local homestead cheeses. These are cheese from the Hudson Valley and just beyond. They all come from small farms that milk their own herd of cows. This class will, as always, be very informative on cooking techniques and health facts.

The cost for the class is $25 per person, but the experience is priceless. You will learn facts about food that will make you more aware. Call 845 647-3000 to make reservations. The cost is $20 per person.
